About

I'm interested in sustainable living systems and movement practices, especially Jiu Jitsu and yoga. I dabble in shakuhachi, guitar, spearfishing, backpacking, gardening, and dance. I like reading, particularly American Modernism and Japanese surrealism. I'm terrible at Spanish and Chinese but trying to improve.

My career so far has focused on renewable energy technologies. At Tesla Energy and SPAN.IO I worked across a suite of residential and industrial energy products including Powerwall 3, Megapack 2XL, and the SPAN Panel Gen 1. Now I lead systems engineering at Pila Energy, where we're building mesh batteries for home solar & resilience. I received B.S. '20, M.S. '23 degrees in electrical engineering from Stanford University.
